How do I return my order?
Returns are easy!
Download and complete our Refund/Exchange Request Form before posting it back with your purchase.
Please post your return to the address contained at the bottom of the Exchange/Refund Request Form. You MUST include a copy of your Original Invoice.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
An order can take from 5 to 15 business days. From January 2020, this period will temporarily extend by 5 business days. All our pieces are hand tailor made so we prefer not to rush perfection!
What happens when you deliver whilst I am out?
Your order will delivered to your local post office or you will receive a "While you were out" card from our couriers.
How do I change my order?
Once you have checked out and paid for your order you can't change your order as we have already started processing it and delivering your items.
The only way to change your order is to cancel your existing order and place a new order. If your order has left 400 Co. warehouse, you must return the items to us and an exchange will be arranged.
How do I register for an online account?
