Fine fabrication

We thoughtfully select fabrics to ensure that our pieces have enough stretch to allow you to transition through your day from sitting at the office to strutting in the city.

Detailed design

We sketch before heading to sample stage, considering every detail from pockets to plackets. All pieces are fully customisable for a $50 fee so please reach out to us if you would like any changes made prior to ordering.

We are all about fast paced careers, but not fast fashion. We design pieces that are transeasonal and timeless. We see our designs as a suit of armor. To feel your best, you need to look your best.

Shipping & Returns

Made to order

As most of our pieces are made to order just for you, we generally allow 15-20 business days from when you place your order until it arrives at your door. Thank you in advance for not rushing our masterful tailors.

Order tracking

As soon as your pieces have been tailor made and undergone quality control by us, we will send you an update via email with tracking information. We generally use Aramex Couriers but can deliver to PO Boxes on request via Australia Post.

If it has been more than 20 business days since you placed your order, please reach out to us for an updated shipping time. Apologies in advance for any slight delays. Sometimes these issues are outside of our hands with the shipping gods!

Returns

How do I return my order?

Returns are easy! Download and complete our Refund/Exchange Request Form before posting it back with your purchase. Please post your return to the address contained at the bottom of the Form. Please see the returns and exchanges policy here before any returns are made.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

An order can take from 10 to 20 business days.  All our pieces
are hand tailor made so we prefer not to rush perfection!

Who can I ask for help with my account?

How do I change my order?

Once you have checked out and paid for your order you can't change
your order as we have already started our tailoring process. If your order has left 400 Co. warehouse, you must return the items to us and an exchange will be arranged.
